When I opened the market  we were going to serve panini sandwiches to go and the plan was to be a place where you could grab some food items, gourmet and some of the basic staples. One day I made cookies because I had nothing else to do and put them out to sell, one thing led to another. It's been 2 1/2 years since I opened my doors and now the bakery end of it is where we are headed in addition to what we already do.

We are not a bread bakery, we already have the greatest bread bakery "Panini" in Nye Beach. What we really need in Newport is a cake shop, a place to order birthday cakes and cupcakes, seasonal shaped soft sugar cookies and last but not least the a cinnamon roll the will knock your socks off! My two oldest children, Carter 14 and Kennedy 12 bake their delicious cookies in the market on a regular basis too. 

Celestial Cupcakes

Celestial Cupcakes is an outlet for my favorite creation in the kitchen, it's been evolving since the day I got my first easy bake oven when I was 3 years old. When I opened the market October of 2007, it was strictly just a kitchen we cooked in. Now I am baking everyday, making cupcakes, celebration cakes and all kinds of cookies. My customers have encouraged and inspired me, they are the greatest!   We make cupcakes every day, except Sundays. We need 48 hours advance notice for custom orders.  We can make as little or as many as you need for your  event.

Extra-large specialty cupcakes $3.50 or $36 a dozen up to 2 flavors~ large cupcakes $2.75 or $30 a dozen                                        up to 2 flavors                Mini 1-2 bites $1.00 or $11 a dozen.
